Will I receive the exact swing design, finish, and fabric as shown online?
Our swings are crafted with artisanal precision, and slight variations in design, finish, and fabric may occur due to the handmade nature and natural materials used.
Where do you deliver?
We offer pan-India delivery. For international shipping, please contact us to discuss logistics and regulations.
How long does delivery take?
Each swing is made to order, with a lead time of 45-60 days from payment confirmation
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size of the swing and your location. These will be provided at the time of finalizing your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online bank transfers and cheque payments. Full payment is required before dispatch. Cash on delivery is not available.
