  • Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective products.
  • Any issues must be reported within 10 hours of delivery.

Repair Process

  • In case of damage, we offer a repair service instead of refunds or replacements.
  • Customers must share clear images of the damage for assessment.
  • Our team will coordinate the repair either at your location or at our facility.

Return Conditions

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • If you have opted for third-party insurance from the delivery vendor, reimbursement will be handled by them.
