How long does delivery take?

Each swing is made to order, with a lead time of 15 days from payment confirmation.

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size of the swing and your location. These will be provided at the time of finalizing your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept online bank transfers and cheque payments. Full payment is required before dispatch. Cash on delivery is not available.

Can I cancel or return my order?

Cancellations are not permitted once an order is placed. Returns are only accepted for damaged products, reported within 10 hours of delivery.
